What the system says and what the plant does are rarely the same. We check both before we recommend anything.

Every figure should trace back to the work behind it. If a number can’t be explained, it shouldn’t be in the meeting.

Engineers decide, AI assists
AI drafts and reads quickly, but it doesn’t carry responsibility for your plant. A competent person reviews what it produces.

Build for the worst shift
Tools have to work on a phone, with poor signal and gloves on, at the end of a long night. If they don’t, they won’t get used.

Your data, your tools and your know-how should stay with you. We’d rather be asked back than be impossible to remove.
